COURT UPDATE – New Non-Essential Filing

  As of Monday, May 25, courts and county clerk’s offices in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and the 5 New York City counties will accept new filings in non-essential matters through the New York State Electronic Filing System.  The new filings are limited to only those cases that can be electronically filed.
