Bryan J. Drago is a Partner in Twomey Latham’s Trust and Estate Department. Bryan counsels high net worth individuals, businesses and families on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, charitable planning and administration, and business succession planning. Bryan’s practice includes drafting trusts, wills, and other sophisticated estate planning instruments. Planning, implementing, and reporting sophisticated lifetime gifts (he is responsible for reporting the firm’s client’s gifting), administering decedent’s estates (including preparing federal and New York estate tax returns). He also assists families in the creation and continuation of private family foundations and other charitable vehicles.
Bryan prides himself on serving as a trusted advisor beyond the implementation of any tax planning to his clients. He works closely with clients to identify their overall goals and provide tailored solutions to achieve those goals.
Bryan joined the firm in March of 2011. He was named to Dan’s Papers Power List of the East End. He lives on the North Fork along with his wife Marissa (who owns a popular eatery in Jamesport) and their son.
