Dubowski, Jessica L.

As a lifelong resident of Hampton Bays, Ms. Dubowski provides her clientele with unique expertise related to the intricacies of business, law, labor and employment, and real estate. Having grown up in a blue-collar household with a family-run business, Ms. Dubowski enjoys tough negotiation on behalf of current and future business owners in corporate transactions and the swift resolution of disputes for employers and employees in labor and employment matters.

Ms. Dubowski has represented clients in the legal industry in a variety of complex commercial disputes spanning the real estate and construction, hospitality, financial and consulting industries. She practices in a diverse range of intersecting corporate and litigation matters including mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment litigation and counseling, and contract disputes.

Ms. Dubowski has her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and is an active member of the New York City Bar Association. Prior to law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology from the University at Albany.
